March ‘10
Got to ring in this month by playing some court volleyball! Oh I love it. Dedicating my time to getting some awesome representation and keeping the ball rolling! We’ll see how the month goes!
Feb ‘10This month has really flown by! My parents came out to what they hopped would be sunny CA but turned out it rained most of their visit! Still got to see some great sites: Hearst Castle, San Diego Old Town, Gaslamp District, The Zoo, and lots of movies!
After their visit I worked on a few paintings to donate to The Life Through Art Foundation annual Red Party. I’m really proud of the work I did and have pics posted on here. The party was a total hit! Nothing like raising money for the Arts!!!
I also completed a 30 day yoga challenge at the studio I take from. Getting fit in the new year! I can’t believe how much more focus and clarity I’ve found in my practice.
Jan ‘10Happy New Year!! I’m very excited for this upcoming year! I just got back from a super wintry Holiday in Nebraska. Snow drifts 15-20ft high!! Had fun on the farm, ate some great home cooking, and got to see all my family! But I’m excited to be back and get the ball rolling!
For the past few months I’ve been doing casting director workshops. In the tail end of ’09 I had a blast working with Ruth Lambert , Scott David, Tawny Gurrola, and Howard Meltzer. This month I worked with Peter Pappas. Too much fun! We worked mostly 3 camera comedic scenes. I learned so much and had a great time! Looking forward to Tamara Lee Notcutt in March!

Worked with the wonderful Jon Merchen, Nick Oberlander and Sam McCoy on scenes for my reel! As always I learned more and had a great time! Thanks to Tim Horner and Bekah Tripp for being fabulous actors in these scenes. I always love collaborating with artistic minds!
Sent the scenes out to a few people and excited to hear back their input. The other video is from the short Boba Jive. It was the fun 50's film about the drink Boba. Check it out, let me know what you think! I love getting feedback.
Also currently worked on a webseries called Life with Kat and McKay. Getting to know more and more talented artists!

Returned back from chilly NE. Had a wonderful white Christmas and a very cold New Year, too cold. Moving cattle in below zero temperatures does not make a fun New Years Eve. Came back to Cali and had to turn on the AC!
Working on a Web Series project as a disgruntled foul-mouthed employee. Wearing both production/writing and acting hats has been a learning process. Sometimes enjoyable ;)
Sept '08Just recently returned from a trip home to good ole NE. Pushed steers at the county fair Jr. Rodeo. Haven't lost that cowgirl touch!
Latest project was a 40's style educational film about the Asian drink, Boba.
